Well we’ve found our place to live and have a deposit on a 1 bedroom, 1 bath place right outside Fort Huachuca. It’s about half the size of our current place, but no bother, it’s short term and we won’t have much furiture anyway! It’s also about half the rent (jump for joy!). We’ve got a deposit down, so it’s definitely ours, and it will be ready a few days before we arrive, so we can move right in. Sweet.

I found out my current car insurance carrier won’t cover me in Arizona, so I’ve been shopping around for that as well. Seems there’s money to be saved there, even before we move. Then it will drop like a stone, mostly because since I will be working out of the house, I fully intend to take advantage of driving 0 miles to work everyday and using the car for ‘recreational purposes only’. Score.
